The High Priestess Fund
The High Priestess Fund is a yearly micro-grant created to support baby entrepreneurs in the spiritual, magical, or wellness space. Designed by Lynna Nguyen, this fund is a love letter to the version of herself who once dreamed of starting a sacred business with no map, no mentorship, and very little money. The fund offers tangible financial support, visibility, and spiritual encouragement to help a budding visionary take their next bold step. This is heart-led, spell-infused investing—for the witches, priestesses, healers, and rebels who are building a new world from the bones of the old.

The very first High Priestess Fund will open on April 7th, 2026—aligned with Lynna’s birthday and a powerful new chapter of rebirth and expansion. Applications will go live that day and remain open for one moon cycle. Finalists will be reviewed with care and intuition, and the first recipient of the fund will be chosen shortly after.
Year 1 - The Magician
This is the first spark, the first incantation, the first brave yes. In Year One of the High Priestess Fund, we call upon the spirit of The Magician—the archetype of will, vision, and alchemy. This grant honors the creators who turn dreams into form, who build with both intention and instinct. ​​

Eligibility & Requirements
The High Priestess Fund is open to spiritual, magical, or holistic wellness entrepreneurs with a business less than 12 months old. Applicants must have a website, at least one social media platform, and a clearly articulated mission for their work. Full eligibility details are written below.
Eligibility & Requirements
This micro-grant is for magical entrepreneurs who are:

🌙 One year or less into business. You’re in your first sacred cycle—raw, brave, and in the beautiful chaos of birthing something new.
🌙 Spiritual or magical in nature. Whether you run a metaphysical shop, offer intuitive readings, make ritual tools, or craft potions with purpose—your work must center magic, healing and wellness, and/or spiritual service.
🌙 Have an active online presence. A working website and social media page (with consistent content for at least 3 months) is required. This shows us you’re committed, invested, and already building the bones.
🌙 Have a clear offering. Whether it’s a physical product, a service, a digital offering, or a hybrid—your business must have something tangible and purchasable already launched or in soft launch.
🌙 Are applying as a solo creator or team of 2 or less. We’re here to uplift small, sacred beginnings—not big teams or already-established brands.
🌙 Have not received major outside funding. This fund is for those who are bootstrapping, spellworking, and sacredly hustling without big investor support
🌙 Applicants must be U.S. citizens and at least 18 years old at the time of application.

What can the recipient spend the money on?
The High Priestess Fund is an unrestricted micro-grant. That means the recipient may use the money however they choose—whether it's for supplies, rent, inventory, creative development, website costs, or even a moment of rest.
I trust that those who are called to this path know where their magic is needed most.
Is there any accountability or coaching involved?
There are no required check-ins, coaching calls, or deliverables. This is not a program. It's a blessing.
That said, recipients are invited (but never obligated) to share their journey with the community. If you're selected, it's because Spirit sees something powerful in you—and I do too.

Recipients are offered an optional 30-minute clarity session with Lynna, to help them integrate the grant into their vision if they desire support.
Will the recipient receive visibility
or promotion?
Yes! The chosen recipient will be honored and spotlighted across my platforms—including my website, newsletter, and social media.
You’ll have a chance to share your work, your story, and your vision with a broader spiritual community who may want to support, follow, or collaborate with you. Think of this as both a seed of abundance and a ceremonial doorway into deeper visibility.
How is the grant distributed?
All grant funds are distributed via direct payment through PayPal or bank transfer. Grant recipients will receive a formal grant agreement outlining the award amount, distribution method, and recipient responsibilities.
For legal and tax purposes, recipients may be required to submit a completed W-9 form. Please note that grant awards are considered taxable income in the United States, and recipients are responsible for reporting them accordingly.
How will selections occur?
Applications will be reviewed by a small sacred council—Lynna and two other trusted priestesses—with clear criteria: alignment with purpose, clarity of intention, and resonance with the spirit of the High Priestess Fund.
